Start a session

Download. Open. Connect with us.

Install and open RustDesk

On Windows, open the downloaded installer. On Mac, open the disk image, drag RustDesk into Applications, then open it. Mac screen sharing may require Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions.

Contact N3XRA

Call (541) 652-6840 to arrange your session. Share the ID shown in RustDesk with your N3XRA technician through your agreed contact channel.

Approve your support session

Accept the connection request from your technician, or share the temporary session password directly with them if requested. You can disconnect at any time.

You stay in control.

Downloading the app does not automatically connect you to N3XRA or authorize ongoing access. Only approve a session you arranged with us. Ongoing unattended support is set up separately with your permission. Do not put passwords in support forms or screenshots.
